An event Thursday at Slippery Rock University will talk about the region’s health care industry.
The panelists will include executives from UPMC, West Virginia University, and other healthcare leaders.
The main topic will revolve around the impacts of population health, which means talking about the community’s health overall. It includes topics like policies and interventions that impact the population.
The event is open to the public and will be held at the Smith Student Center Ballroom starting at 6 p.m.
