A Parker man is facing charges for being in possession of child sex abuse material after several cyber tips.
After the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) received eight reports of a device in possession of the abuse material a warrant was acquired by Pennsylvania State Police.
Once the IP address was tracked, police went to location of the device and arrested 42-year-old Paul Blauser.
Blauser was placed in the Butler County Prison with his bail set at $100,000 and is facing 28 counts for being in possession of child sex abuse material charges.
