A pastor facing multiple sexual assault charges was in court for the first time last week.
67-year-old Herman Rushing waived his preliminary hearing in front of a judge and also saw his bail reduced to $50,000.
Rushing is accused of sexually assaulting underage girls. The assault allegedly happened over two years. He is also charged with inappropriate sexual contact with another adult in the church.
Rushing was the pastor at By His Grace Christian Ministries, which is located on McKean Street in the City of Butler.
