A teenage pedestrian suffered only minor injuries when she was hit by a pick-up truck in Slippery Rock.
The accident happened Sunday afternoon just before 2:00 on New Castle Street in Slippery Rock Borough. Police say an unnamed 17-year-old Pittsburgh girl was trying to cut across the street, when she was hit in the head by a truck’s side mirror
According to police, the truck driven by 45-year-old Robert Williams of Monoca, was unable to prevent hitting the girl—he is not facing any charges.
