Penguins goaltender Tristan Jarry stopped all 34 shots he faced to earn his first career shutout Friday night against the Buffalo Sabres as the Pens win 4-0.
The Pens first goal came early in the game when Tom Kuhnackl scored on a penalty shot after being hooked on a breakaway. That was his first goal of the season. Sidney Crosby added an unassisted goal just a short time later and before the period ended, Jake Guentzel notched a third goal for the Pens. Patric Hornqvist scored the fourth goal in the second period.
