The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will undertake a project in Middlesex and Adams Townships this week.
Tree clearing along Three Degree Road will begin Monday between the intersections with Mars-Valencia Road and Route 8 weather permitting.
The clearing of trees, brush, and roots will allow for utility and safety improvement work including through lanes, turn lanes, road side improvements, service roads for access control, drainage and guide rail upgrades, signal replacement, signage, sidewalks, and a roundabout.
This nearly $56 million project is expected to be completed in November of 2026.
