Although winter is in the rearview mirror, PennDOT is beginning preparations for an annual snowy contest for students.
The Paint the Plow contest is returning for another year. The annual art contest gives high school students a chance to paint a PennDOT snow plow.
This year’s theme is “Seat belts are always in season” and was chosen to remind motorists of the importance of seat belts.
