The state government is giving funding to a regional facility in order to establish or expand substance use disorder services.
The PA Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs has pledged over $6 million to 19 organizations including Tadiso Incorporated in Pittsburgh.
During a 12 month period beginning July 1st the organization will receive up to $400,000 to assist residents from Butler and surrounding counties through infrastructure construction, staffing, and evidence-based programming.
The money for these grants comes from the opioid settlement funding that was directed to the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs by the PA General Assembly.
