Pennsylvania’s Attorney General has filed a civil lawsuit against a vehicle warranty company for failure to deliver on items promised to customers who signed contracts.
The lawsuit alleges that Delta Auto Protect advertised and sold vehicle service and repair contracts but refused to honor the contracts it sold and refused to cover promised repairs after accepting payment.
Shapiro is seeking restitution for Delta customers who paid for warranties and did not receive the coverage they were promised as well as repair shops who were not reimbursed. Delta has a virtual office in Exton, PA but has allegedly not delivered on a promise of 24/7 customer service and also failed to return messages.
Anyone who has experienced issues with Delta or Omega Vehicle Services should call the Bureau of Consumer Protection or file a complaint online through the Attorney General’s website.
