Governor Tom Wolf says the Pennsylvania Department of State has officially certified the election results.
With the move, former Vice President Joe Biden is awarded the state’s 20 electoral votes.
Wolf said in a tweet that he thanks the state’s election workers for administering a fair and free election during the midst of the pandemic.
