Over 50 percent of people in Pennsylvania now have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
According to Department of Health data that means over 5.4 million Pennsylvanians have been vaccinated.
Locally, over 86,000 people have been vaccinated in Butler County. That works out to about 45 percent of the entire population for the county.
These numbers however don’t factor in shots administered at the Butler VA or long-term care facilities that were connected to the federal partnership vaccination program.
