Tristan Jarry stopped 31 shots in regulation. Jake Guentzel scored his ninth goal of the season on a third period power play. The Pens visit Edmonton tomorrow night.

The current Penguins ownership and the Fenway Sports Group officially announced their partnership Monday. The Boston-based sports conglomerate signed a purchase agreement to take control of the franchise, but both Mario Lemieux and Ron Burkle will remain part of the ownership group. It is also expected the current management team will remain in place. The transaction still needs approval by the National Hockey League. Closing is expected by the end of the year.
