The Pittsburgh Penguins open the defense of their Stanley Cup championship tonight when they host the Philadelphia Flyers at PPG Paints Arena. It is the first game of their best-of-seven series. Face-off is 7pm. Pre-game on WISR 680am will be 6:30pm. The Pens swept the Flyers 4-0 in their regular season series. The Flyers have won four of their six playoff meetings with the Pens.
Also in the Stanley Cup Playoffs tonight: Las Vegas will host Los Angeles at 10pm. Winnipeg will host Minnesota at 7pm.
