February is Financial Aid Awareness Month and families of students have an opportunity to participate in an online program later today.
The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) is hosting a virtual presentation from 6 to 7 p.m. tonight titled “Financial Aid 101”.
This presentation will review higher education costs, types of financial aid available, and how to apply for financial aid. Students must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid or FAFSA to the Department of Education as soon as possible but help is available.
