Philip Steven Pomykata

Philip Steven Pomykata, 83, of Butler passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. He was born in Manhattan, NY on September 6, 1941, to the late Frank and Ann (Coretsky) Pomykata. Philip graduated from Butler High School and then honorably served in the U.S. Navy. He enjoyed going for walks, gardening and reading. Philip was a coin collector and watch enthusiast, and he was a member of the Slovak Club and the American Legion. Father of Steven (Darcie) Pomykata and Christine (Gordon) Davis; grandfather of Madison and Jacob Pomykata, Gavin, Owen and Alayna Davis. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, from 4-5:30 PM at SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 NEW CASTLE RD.
