A woman from Mercer County who was involved in the January 6th riot at the Capitol Building is a part of those receiving pardons by President Trump.
Rachel Powell, also known as the “Pink Hat Lady,” was included in the over 1,500 pardons and commutations issued by President Trump when he took office Monday.
Video evidence showed Powell trying to break windows of the Capitol and using a bullhorn to help coordinate efforts in the building.
She was sentenced to more than four years in prison last year.
