The College Football schedule picks up this weekend, with both Pitt and Penn State opening their seasons. The Pitt Panthers host Kent State for a noon kick-off Saturday. Panthers head coach Pat Narduzzi announced two quarterbacks will play for Pitt, but he also announced redshirt freshman transfer from Alabama Eli Holstein will be the starting quarterback tomorrow.
Penn State opens their season in West Virginia Saturday. Kick-off is also noon.
Last night, Toledo defeated Duquesne 49-10.
