UPMC is now saying no appointments are necessary for their COVID vaccine clinic at the Pittsburgh Mills Wednesday and Thursday.
The drive-up clinic is open 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. both days. Originally, the clinic was planning on administering the Johnson and Johnson vaccine, but they are now using Pfizer vaccine.
UPMC says all you have to do is drive up to the Pittsburgh Mills, which is just off of Route 28, and follow the signs. When you arrive, stay in your car to receive the shot. After receiving your vaccine, you have to wait 15 minutes and then are free to go.
