A lawyer from the Pittsburgh area will make history as the first Asian Pacific American to serve on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Cindy Chung was confirmed this week to serve on the federal bench. She was previously the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
The Third Circuit of Appeals is an appellate court that covers Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
