A local organization is inviting families to get in the holiday spirit with an outdoor activity and film screening this weekend.
Glade Run Lutheran Services and the Junior Women’s Club of Butler will be showing Polar Express on Saturday Grace Wellness Center on East Diamond Street in Butler.
This event begins with a Polar Express Walk Along in Diamond Park from 4 to 6 p.m. followed by the movie with concessions and a visit from Santa.
The cost is $5 for a family of four and seating is limited so online reservations are required. Those planning to attend are also asked to bring an unwrapped gift or gift card to donate to a child in need.
