Police have filed more charges against a Moon Township man for what they say was “an intent to cause substantial harm.”
According to state police, it happened near the South Rock Apartments in Slippery Rock back on February 10th when 20-year-old Trevonn Carter was harassing a victim and was taking pictures of his truck in regards to a previous incident.
When police arrive, they say Carter began yelling at them and calling the cops racists.
This was the second charge against Carter that day. We reported earlier this month that Carter was facing charges for kicking a dog.
