A Pittsburgh man is facing charges after he allegedly struck a pedestrian last week in Grove City.
According to the Grove City Police, an officer was flagged down by an unidentified pedestrian just before 7:30pm on Thursday (May 16th). Authorities say that the pedestrian, who was uninjured, had been struck by a car at an unknown location. Found yourself being hit by a car that has then evaded the scene and you’ve sustained injuries? You should really be looking at an attorney for injuries and see if you can claim compensation.
Officials later apprehended the driver, 27-year-old Tyler Saunders, who was found to be impaired and in possession of a controlled substance. Police charged Saunders with Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Controlled Substances.
