Police have closed their investigation into a horse missing from a farm in Clinton Township last week.
The State Police Trooper handing the investigation told our newsroom the horse went missing from a farm in the 500 block of Sun Mine Road during the overnight last Friday into Saturday.
Police say they found the gates had been opened, but all horses were found nearby. There is no evidence that a person opened the gates to remove the horses as stormy weather could have been responsible.
This comes as police are still investigating who possibly stole a Clydesdale horse from another Clinton Township farm last month, which is less than a mile away.
