Police have officially charged a man in Slippery Rock with the theft of a side by side vehicle.
The Polaris side by side was located on campgrounds in Slippery Rock by state troopers on Tuesday. When police knocked on the camper at the site, that’s when 33-year-old Legend Barlow ran out of the back door.
When police caught Barlow, he claimed that his grandfather owned the camper but police say that was not true.
Barlow is facing charges in three different cases and is being held in the Butler County Prison on a total of $100,000 bail.
