Police are providing more information on a motorcycle crash that sent two people to the hospital earlier this week.
The accident happened Tuesday afternoon just before 3 p.m. on Prospect Road near the intersection with West Liberty Road in Brady Township.
Police say a motorcycle driven by 69-year-old Kevin Lenz of Evans City was driving north whenever his bike went off the road and hit an embankment.
Lenz and his passenger 71-year-old Karen Lenz were thrown from the motorcycle. Both suffered serious injuries and were flown to Allegheny General Hospital.
Police say both were also wearing their helmets.
