Police are releasing more information about a crash that sent one man to the hospital earlier this month.
The one vehicle crash happened back in the early morning of January 4th on I-79 in Muddy Creek Township.
Police say 60-year-old Andrew Smith of New Castle was driving northbound when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the median.
Smith was flown by helicopter to AGH with serious injuries. Police say Smith was under the influence of alcohol and was charged with a DUI.
