Police are providing more information on a crash that happened earlier this week in Butler Township.
The two vehicle accident happened around 4:30 p.m. Monday on Delwood Road. Police say 49-year-old Anthony Carben of Butler was going around a bend when he went into the opposite lane.
He hit an oncoming car driven by 26-year-old Thomas Vissari of Butler. Both vehicles were significantly damaged in the crash, with Carben having to be extricated from his vehicle.
Carben was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for moderate injuries.
He is also facing a number of charges including driving with an expired inspection and a suspended license.
