Police have located a missing and possibly endangered man from the Slippery Rock area after asking for public assistance Tuesday afternoon.
The Butler Barracks of the State Police issued an advisory around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in an attempt to locate 79-year-old Robert Kuhn. An update sent out about one hour later said he had been located safely.
He had been last seen at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in the area of the 500 block of Mercer Road in Slippery Rock. Police believed he could have been at special risk for harm or injury or may have been confused.
Kuhn is described as five feet five inches tall, about 200 pounds, bald, with brown eyes. He was wearing a blue baseball cap, blue polo shirt with rolled up sleeves, black “Dickie” pants, white and silver Velcro tennis shoes, and a red bandana hanging out of his back pocket. He was driving a silver 2018 Kia Sorrento with license plate KSA3571.
