Police are searching for a missing person from the Butler area.
According to state police, 56-year-old Richard Rhine of Butler was last seen at his sister’s house on Bonniebrook Road in Jefferson Township.
Rhine is described as a white man, 6’1” and 160 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair.
Rhine is driving a silver 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander SUV and was last spotted on Route 356 in Sarver. Police believe he may be in the RIDC Industrial Park area in Allegheny County.
Anyone with information should contact state police.
