A new survey from faculty for the state’s system of higher education shows a majority of instructors feel unsafe about returning to the classroom in the fall.
The Association of Pennsylvania State College and Universities Faculties, known as APSCUF, said that about 70 percent of the surveyed professors expressed concern about face-to-face instruction this upcoming semester.
Right now, the state system is giving schools the flexibility to determine their reopening plans. West Chester University near Philadelphia has already moved their fall semester to remote instruction.
