Chinese-Taipei and Bay City, Michigan will play for the PONY League World Series title tonight in Washington, Pa. Chinese-Taipei topped Youngstown, Ohio 5-4 Wednesday to reach the championship game. Bay City defeated Simi Valley, California 2-1 last night after Simi Valley completed a 12-2 victory over Washington earlier in the day. That game had been suspended by weather Tuesday.
The Little League World Series begins today in Williamsport with the first of four games.
