Officials in Seven Fields Borough have made the difficult decision to cancel or suspend a couple of popular summer events as a result of health and safety concerns with COVID-19.
Earlier this week the Mayor and Borough Council decided to cancel the 2020 Seven Fields Music, Beer, and Wine Fest that was originally planned to be held this Saturday. The Borough is looking forward to beginning preparations for the return of this event next summer.
The council also voted to suspend Food Truck Nights that were scheduled to begin the last Wednesday of this month and continue weekly through August. The Borough plans to look for an alternative date later in the year to hold an event with food trucks and music.
Borough staff will be working to contact those who have purchased tickets for the Music, Beer, and Wine Fest in order to arrange for a refund.
