An unknown porch pirate got away with someone’s shipment of wine over the weekend.
State police say a woman from Slippery Rock reported that someone stole six bottles of wine that was delivered to her home last Friday.
The postal service did confirm that the shipment arrived at the woman’s home on Route 8.
Police and authorities are warning people to beware of porch pirates who will steal packages from houses if no one is home.
