A reminder that a PennDOT project in Cranberry Township will close a portion of Freedom Road this weekend.
According to PennDOT, there will be no vehicular traffic between Executive Drive and Commonwealth from 10 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Monday.
The closure will allow for paving and switching of lanes on the Turnpike Bridge portion of the roadway.
Detours will be posted and drivers who are able, should seek alternative routes around that area.
