Those interested in learning more about the geological history of the McConnells Mill area are welcome to a presentation later this week.
A naturalist and local guide will present “Pennsylvania and the Ice Age” from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday.
Participants will learn how Ice Age events created many of the geological features currently observed at local parks.
Those planning to attend should meet at the Kildoo Picnic Pavilion.
