Butler Township’s Preston Park is set to reopen just in time for a weekend full of beautiful fall weather.
According to Township Manager Tom Knights, the Park will reopen to the public on Saturday.
Knights stressed that visitors will be following new traffic patterns at the park this weekend and entrance should only be made at the gate which is clearly marked with writing on the pavement. The park had been closed for construction since July.
Crews will still be working on putting some finishing touches on the recent project which includes a new restroom facility as well as a new parking area and a wet pond with a fountain.
