Now that the new Congressional map has been approved, Pennsylvania’s primary date will remained unchanged.
There had been speculation that as the process for selection a map dragged on that Pennsylvania would have to push back the primary. Instead, it will remain on May 17th.
However the deadline for candidates to get signatures for petitions did get delayed. The first day to circulate petitions begins Friday and wraps up March 15th.
