The public is invited to participate in a fundraising event this week to benefit a great local cause.
An Italian Penne Pasta and Meatball Fundraiser to benefit Butler Meals-on-Wheels will take place Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Cliff Street entrance of St. Peter’s Anglican Church on East Jefferson Street.
The main dish will be catered by The Monroe along with salad, bread, drink, and dessert. The cost of an eat-in or to-go meal is $12 with tickets available at the door.
Raffle baskets will also be available at a dollar per ticket or 10 tickets for $5. Proceeds from this event will go to help the Butler Meals-on-Wheels Program.
