A local medical provider is building a new and larger facility in Butler Township.
The Butler Township Commissioners have recommended approval to a land development plan made by Quick Care Medical for a one acre vacant lot along Hindman Road.
Owners would like to construct a single-story, over 5,000-square foot building for use by a pediatrics practice. Stormwater will be discharged to the system of neighboring Interstate Pipe.
The business is currently located in Moraine Pointe Plaza, but has outgrown that space. The new building will also have room for another undetermined medical tenant.
Work is expected to begin as soon as all necessary permits have been received.
