The National Weather Service says there is a potential for a strong low pressure system impacting the region through the night.
This system will bring moderate to heavy rainfall, which could result in a rapid rise to creeks and streams.
The National Weather Service also issued a wind advisory for Butler County, saying that wind gusts may also be elevated with this system and could exceed 40 miles per hour.
