A food producer is issuing a voluntary recall on some frozen food over concerns about foreign material.
Nestle USA announced the recall of a limited quantity of Lean Cuisine and Stouffer’s frozen meals due to the potential presence of wood-like material.
The items distributed at major retailers beginning last September include Butternut Squash Ravioli, Spinach Artichoke Ravioli, Lemon Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry, and Party Size Chicken Lasagna.
There has been one potential choking incident to date. View the impacted batch code numbers on the Nestle USA website.
