Congressman Mike Kelly won re-election for the seventh time.
The Republican from Butler won his race against Democratic challenger Dan Pastore of Erie. As of 11 p.m. Tuesday, Kelly was leading Pastore 61% to 38% in Butler County. He also was winning the margins in Lawrence, Mercer, and slightly in Erie County.
Of note, Kelly ran in front of both Republican candidates on the ballot–garnering more votes than both Oz and Mastriano.
Kelly will represent the 16th Congressional District–which now includes all of Butler County– for another two years.
