Congressman Mike Kelly is once again sponsoring the Congressional Art Competition.
The artwork must be two-dimensional and doesn’t have to be related to any specific topic.
The contest is open to any student in the 16th Congressional District, which includes all of Butler County.
The artwork must be submitted by April 18th to one of Kelly’s offices.
