Following another rejection by the state Supreme Court to stay an order, Congressman Mike Kelly is going back to the U.S. Supreme Court to block Pennsylvania’s election results.
This comes following the state’s justices refusing Kelly’s request to halt the certification of the state’s results yesterday.
Kelly and the plaintiffs in the case are asking the Supreme Court to not certify any of the races from the fall election, and to undo any that have been certified.
Kelly cites that the mail-in ballots are unconstitutional.
