A state representative from Butler County is the latest elected official to file a lawsuit seeking to invalidate the results of the Pennsylvania election.
Republican State Representative Daryl Metcalfe of Cranberry Township is leading the lawsuit, along with nine other GOP state lawmakers, that was filed before the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.
Attorneys Tom King and Tom Breth from the Butler based law firm of Dillon McCandless King Coulter and Graham are serving as counsel for the plaintiffs.
It argues that the 2020 election was “so severely flawed it is impossible to certify the accuracy of the purported results.”
So far, courts have not found any significant instances of voter fraud in the state, which President-elect Joe Biden won by 80,000 votes.
