A local lawmaker will hold a news conference later today in Harrisburg to discuss what he describes as “flawed science” behind the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative advocated by Governor Tom Wolf.
State Representative and Pennsylvania House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee Chairman Daryl Metcalfe will “expose” the “glaring errors” at the State Capitol Complex beginning at 11:30 a.m.
This gathering will include presentations from a climatologist, a meteorologist, a director of climate research, and an expert reviewer.
