A local lawmaker is among those who will be attending an event in Harrisburg today focusing on efforts to combat human trafficking.
State Representative Marci Mustello will be joined by multiple Republican colleagues at 10 a.m. today at the Capitol Complex for a press conference about a package of bills designed to keep victims safe, protect their privacy, and make it safe for them to testify.
Also joining the lawmakers will be the president and CEO of the YWCA as well as the York County district attorney, and a state victim advocate.
This press conference will be streamed live online through the PA House GOP website (PAHouseGOP.com).
