A large building in Cranberry Township is apparently back on the market, a little over a year after just being sold.
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette is reporting that the former Westinghouse headquarters is up for sale. The building was purchased in January 2020 by a New York based company, for a sale price of $180 million.
However, the price listed on the deed transfer showed $145 million, which created an issue surrounding school property taxes.
There is no listing price for the building now, with the real estate marketer saying it’s very early in the process.
