Eight of the nine Republican members in Congress from Pennsylvania have said they will not vote to certify the Electoral College results; including the two representatives from Butler County.
Rep. Mike Kelly and Glenn “GT” Thompson say they believe the way mail-in ballots were administered in the election was unconstitutional.
However, that argument was dismissed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court after rejecting a Kelly-led lawsuit in December.
