Area residents are making an impact in Butler Township through cleaning up trash along a local road.
For the 4th consecutive year, residents from Green Acre Apartments devoted their free time to picking up garbage along Litman Road.
Butler Township officials say that 17 trash bags were filled along with a pile of larger miscellaneous junk. Township employees gathered up the bags and pile of junk to dispose of it properly.
